We are not responsible for any infringements arising from exclusive licenses, known or unknown to you, granted prior to publication on the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that the publication and use of your work on the Platform does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyrights, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, contractual obligations, or other legally protected rights.
